Privacy policy

Maze (CVR 36663162, Amalievej 20, 1875 Frederiksberg C) is the data controller for the information you give us via mazeagency.dk.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company, email, website and message. Phone number is optional.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email and record when and where you gave consent.

What we use it for
We use the information to reply to you, arrange a time and prepare the free review, including looking at your website.
The legal basis is that you asked to be contacted (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
We only send the newsletter if you said yes (Article 6(1)(a) and section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act). Unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.
Who processes the information
The information is stored in our client system. We use suppliers for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Google) and newsletter delivery (Resend). They only process the information on our behalf.
Some suppliers may process information outside the EU. This is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We never sell your information and do not share it with others for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to reply to you and for any collaboration. If we do not end up working together, we delete the information no later than 12 months after the last contact.
For the newsletter, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. After that we only keep the fact that you unsubscribed, so you get no more emails.
Your rights
You can at any time ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, and you can object to the processing.
