Privacy policy

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company, email, website, goal and message. Phone number is optional.

We do not use cookies for tracking or marketing.

We use the information to reply to you, arrange a time and prepare the free review, including looking at your website.

The legal basis is that you asked to be contacted (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

The information is stored in our client system. We use suppliers for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase) and email (Google). They only process the information on our behalf.

Some suppliers may process information outside the EU. This is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your information and do not share it with others for marketing.

For as long as needed to reply to you and for any collaboration. If we do not end up working together, we delete the information no later than 12 months after the last contact.

You can at any time ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, and you can object to the processing.
